%X This dataset is the observation data set of the underlying surface of the Peijiamaogou watershed in the first sub area of the loess hilly and gully region in 2023. The dataset is based on the 2023 Gaofen-1 satellite remote sensing images, which were interpreted using ARCGIS software. The attributes and boundaries of the interpreted patches were verified and corrected one by one through field investigations. This dataset includes a table of land use status in the Peijiamaogou watershed, a thematic map of land use in the Peijiamaogou watershed, and a survey report on underlying surfaces
