In recent years, loess geological disasters caused by extreme rainfall and unreasonable engineering activities have shown a high incidence trend. Loess is a special soil with fragile structure and strong water sensitivity. In the loess slope zone, rainfall dominant infiltration channels such as macropores, vertical joints, unloading fissures and sinkholes are developed. Based on 100MHz borehole geological radar data, this data set inverts the buried depth, thickness and other parameters of underground media according to the dielectric constant of each material, and detects the geological structure of underground space. Compared with the actual observation data, the inversion data is basically reliable. The data is stored in PDF, and the main fields include measurement time, track number, sampling time and amplitude.
