本数据集基于内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟典型草原和海拉尔放牧样地,共分轻牧、中牧、重牧三个放牧强度,得到各样地土壤微生物生物量数据。本次实验为研究放牧对草原土壤微生物生物量影响提供了基础数据。

在每个草原类型的采样点间隔约50 km,随机选取地势开阔的位置设置样点,在各样点中按土壤深度0-10 cm,10-20 cm,20-30 cm取得土壤样品。
土壤微生物数据通过Illumina MiSeq 300 PE平台在北京奥维森科技有限公司完成测试。
高通量测序准确性高。
